The 8th Annual Digital Storytelling Festival will be held at the
facilities of San Francisco's public broadcast and radio station,
KQED.
The Festival will begin on Friday evening October 7, 2005 with
a welcome reception hosted by KQED. Be sure to make your travel
plans to be in town to attend the welcome reception. This evening
is a great opportunity to socialize with other participants of
the Festival, become familiar with the Festival venue and surrounds
and explore a special mediascape environment created by HP Labs.
The Festival sessions will begin at 9:00AM on Saturday morning
October 8 and conclude Sunday evening October 9. For those who
wish to remain in town, special interest groups are invited to
arrange for meetings on Monday October 10 at KQED. Notice of specific
